We know that there are a number of very large and not so large transcription or secretarial services, which are available to you. We trust that you will make a decision based on knowing that we would appreciate beinmg able to provide our service to you or your facility. We are locally owned, managed and staffed. You can be assured that nothing is outsourced or sent overseas. We frequently hear of services which offer a lower price but do not even know where the person doing their typing is located. We get offers to partner with these same entities. We are often told by those who have tried, that some of the outsourced accounts are not up to the standard of quality our clients expect and receive. Most are not HIPAA compliant and not even in a vicinuty that requires HIPAA compliance.  Which leaves the client at risk! They mostly are not accessable by you. Why put your valuable patient information in jeopardy? When you become accustomed to the best - that is what you continue to expect and what we will provide.
